Our Promise
At AutoPaws, we want you and your dog to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return Shipping
We will cover return shipping costs if:
- The product was sent with a manufacturer defect
- You received the wrong product
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
You are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to:
- Change of mind
- Product not fitting your vehicle
- Your dog not liking the product or not feeling comfortable
- Any reason not related to a defect or error on our part
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging (unless defective).
- Refunds are not available after 30 days.
All returns are inspected upon arrival before refunds are approved.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error
- Please allow 7–10 business days after the return is received for the refund to appear on your statement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider
- Contact us at help@autopaws.ca if you need further assistance
Incorrect Address & Stolen Packages
We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. No refunds will be provided if an incorrect address is submitted. Please make sure all your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages, unless the customer purchased shipping protection, in which case we will reship the order free of charge. Tracking will be provided always.
